Criatures d'un altre planeta
El dia que ens van dir que la Gina tenia la síndrome de Rett se'ns va enfonsar el món, i desde llavors vaig patir i plorar molt. Però curiosament la Gina m'ha donat una gran força, desde la seva fragilitat, per explicar la seva història. Vosaltres també ho sabeu, són nenes pluridiscapacitats, però en canvi estan molt capacitades per estimar -amb només una mirada- i per deixar-se estimar. Estan molt capacitades per disfrutar de la vida, de tot allò que fan, sigui menjar, muntar a cavall, remullar-se a l'aigua, o disfrutar amb les carícies; perque elles són fans de les carícies i els petons.
"23 Maestros, de corazón"

Potser una llavor, però si la nodrimpot generar una forma totalment nova d'ensenyar, en la qual l'ésser humà deixa de sentir-se víctima, per sentir el creador de la seva pròpia vida.

La vida d'Albert Espinosa va canviar quan tenia 13 anys d'edat: li van diagnosticar un càncer, amb 14 anys li van amputar la cama esquerra, als 16 li van treure el pulmó esquerre i als 18 li van extreure part del fetge. La seva malaltia li va ensenyar que morir no és trist, que el trist és no viure. «Sempre em va semblar interessant escriure un llibre sobre el que em va ensenyar el càncer i com això es pot aplicar a la vida diària.»

"El Maquinista"
Trevor Reznik, un empleat d'una fàbrica, pateix des de fa temps un greu problema d'insomni, un mal que ell amaga i que li provoca serioses al·lucinacions. Trevor no dorm des de fa un any.
